Here's an easy and delicious breakfast casserole recipe. It makes a wonderful meal in the morning!

Ingredients:
8 frozen hash brown patties
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb cubed fully cooked ham
7 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard

Instructions:
1. Place hash brown patties in a single layer in a greased 13x9x2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.

2. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over ham.

3. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

(Note: For crispier hash browns, bake hash brown patties alone in baking dish in oven for 10 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.)
